The Responsible Sourcing pillar currently covers four key spices for Nestlé products: cumin, chili, coriander and turmeric. These spices give flavour and aroma to food all around the world, and are produced mostly by smallholders and family farmers. All the work on the field aims to achieve four goals that benefit farmers and the environment.
